Senior Manager, Social Media
Job Description
Cambria is seeking a passionate, savvy and driven digital marketing professional for the role of Social Media Sr. Manager. This position will play an integral part in driving the awareness and engagement of Cambria brand on core social media platforms, while reflecting the key needs and our value proposition for the targeted user/customer segment.
The Senior Manager of Social Media will develop and execute a social media strategy for the Cambria brand that is focused on supporting and driving the established goals for the business. The ideal candidate is experienced in social channel landscape and driving meaningful brand experiences in both major and emerging social environments. The ideal candidate will have experience developing effective social media strategies and creating and executing campaigns from start to finish - identifying the target segment, identifying clear goals, developing a concept, building support for the initiative, working with a range of stakeholders to bring it to life, measuring its success, and developing learnings for future campaigns. This position is also responsible for coordinating social media content creation with brand/channel/product marketing and creative teams, analyzing its performance, and refining it using data-driven insights to support the goals of Cambria and its business units. In short, this leader will partner with various teams and departments across the organization and coordinate/collaborate with key brand partners, agencies, and influencers to deliver timely, on-strategy and synergistic social media initiatives for Cambria.
The Sr. Social Media Manager should be a creative thinker who has a passion for design, is outcome-oriented and has a record of developing and implementing successful social media programs. They are well-versed in social media publishing and reporting tools and they are familiar with content management systems and project management tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a holistic social media strategy that aligns with and supports Cambria's business goals
- Lead social media strategy, planning and process, as well as day-to-day execution
- Develop and manage a team of savvy social media experts
- Manage the Social Media Responses - reply to all comments, engage with our audience including crisis mitigation
- Set specific objectives, monitor and report on ROI and performance, and ultimately be able to tie social activity to business outcomes
- Use expertise and data to influence new ways of social media advertising
- Be a storyteller through social media -- building excitement and engagement with internal and external audiences
- Monitor changing audience preferences and make recommendations to adapt accordingly
- Suggest content optimization in line with the social media strategy
- Be the social media pro who stays updated on best practices, tools, and tactics as well as understand our brand, target audiences and competitor activities
- Train team members and colleagues on best social media practices and ensure social content effectively achieves communications and marketing campaign goals
Requirements
- Must be a self-starter with an eye for detail and impeccable grammar
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, keyword research, native social platform analytics and Google Analytics
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence across fast-paced organization
- Experience with social media management tools and ad platforms
- Experience using Google Suites with a strong emphasis in Word and Excel
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities
- Understanding of the B2B and B2B2C buying and selling processes is ideal
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree required. Degree focus on communications, marketing or journalism preferred.
Experience: 5-7 years of direct work experience in social media and/or marketing communications.
Systems: Google Analytics, Marketo, Sprinklr, SproutSocial

Travel Requirements: Limited travel regionally and nationally
Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials
