About the Role:

Tubi is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to support the strategy and execution of social content and influencer partnerships across all owned channels. Responsible for Tubi’s channel, content, and influencer strategy, we are looking for someone that is passionate about the creativity of the social landscape as a whole and that has hands-on experience executing social for both always-on initiatives and key campaigns to reach new audiences.

This is a hybrid role based out of Los Angeles, CA reporting to our Director, Social Media.

Responsibilities:

Identifying trends in real-time to insert Tubi in relevant social conversations and drive organic reach
Find ways to boost follower engagement across existing channels as well as build new audiences on emerging platforms
Guide our influencer partners and brand ambassador relationships to generate brand love - making people love Tubi vs. just aware of us
Contribute to tentpole campaigns by working with cross functional teams to determine how each activation can have a high impact on social
Work with agency partners across social community management, creative development, and talent relations
Standardize how we approach social measurement including tracking, tools, and measurement methodologies

Qualifications:

8+ social strategy and execution for a global brand either at an agency or internally at a brand
Well versed in the digital landscape and emerging platforms with deep knowledge or experience marketing to Gen-Z
Hands-on experience with TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram – Reddit and Discord preferred
Knowledgeable in social analytics, social listening, and automation tools

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive plan, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

$120,000—$145,000 USD

This time is 100% paid through a combination of any applicable state, city, and federal leaves and wage-replacement programs in addition to contributions made by Tubi
