Job Description

The Senior Manager, Social Media will develop and implement CLEAR’s social media strategy across all social platforms by creating a measurable and cohesive multi-channel narrative that helps drive business objectives and solidify CLEAR’s brand identity. The Senior Manager will be responsible for increasing our social presence and driving member growth across all channels by leveraging data to inform our social roadmap.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel social media strategy that supports CLEAR’s business and brand objectives 
  • Create, develop and execute original campaign and content ideas, tailoring to each channel (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and potential additional platforms)
  • Work cross-departmentally to identify and develop the role social plays in new product launches and brand campaigns
  • Research innovative social trends and regularly test new concepts and content 
  • Develop, analyze and report on the performance of all social channels, continuously identifying improvement opportunities
  • Create annual roadmap and manage budget for content creation, influencer campaigns, and organic boosting to meet business objectives

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 - 135,000 depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
