• Responsible for overseeing a team of programmers and quality assurance engineers in the pursuit of business & technology objectives using Agile methodologies. Work closely with Product Management and Business stakeholders on initiatives, objectives, priorities & approach. Lead design and development of enhancements and new services. Ensure that team members receive adequate technical, product and effectiveness/skills training to enable them to contribute to the success of the product and to equip each Associate for ongoing professional development. Coach and counsel the team to facilitate the growth and effectiveness of both the group and its individuals. Monitor performance and provide frequent feedback to team members to increase technical and product related skills, as well as individual effectiveness. Initiate additional training (seminars, special courses, etc.) as needed. Work with internal & external parties to plan, architect and integrate services into ADP's ecosystem. Proactively coordinate service infrastructure, operations, monitoring & support. Ensure optimal & efficient performance, scalability & capacity in an ever-growing environment. Oversee releases, migrations and schedules. Pursue, lead & cultivate innovation relevant domain. Prepare and present project status, ideas and analytics to executive level management.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field plus six (6) years of related experience required. The company will accept a master's degree plus four (4) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Java; J2EE; JMS; OOAD; OOP; JEE design; Eclipse IDE; Server-side application frameworks, including JSP, Servlet and Spring; ORMs, including Hibernate; SpringBoot, Microservices/REST/SOAP Web Services, including JSON and XML; Unit testing frameworks, including Junit and Jest; SQL Data Store - Oracle; Cloud hosting AWS/EKS, and ICP; Amazon S3; Amazon Elasticsearch Service, Events streaming with Apache Kafka and Oracle Golden Gate; Redis caching; Apache Spark; Flink; and MongoDB.

Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.
