• Responsibilities. Responsible for the overall transformation of ADP's Transmission Platform to unified framework and design theme including the development of both shared as well as product specific components, services and cycle of the solution and manage complex projects with significant bottom-line impact for the customer facing Platform. Work with product managers in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities that helps them succeed in their business goals. Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development. Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules. Project management: including prioritization, planning of projects and features, stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments. Proving operational excellence, including monitoring & operation of production services. Own and drive the design, development, and transformation of performance engineering services as federated commodities for consumption within our infrastructure as code, continuous integration/continuous delivery, and auto-healing frameworks.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field of study plus six (6) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree plus four (4) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Four (4) years of experience must include: Full stack development and delivery; Delivering large scale, highly available production software in cloud; Micro-service interactions and troubleshooting, Cloud Technologies, CI/CD, Jenkins, Testing methodologies; Development, testing, architecture; Performance and Scalability Engineering experience building enterprise applications; DevOps and automated change management through Jenkins, Ansible, or similar technologies; Building and leading geographically dispersed engineering teams; Driving technology transformation of large-scale enterprise products or platforms to next generation; Overseeing budget, identify business opportunities, create business cases and develop technology strategy.
