Responsibilities:

Customer Project Engagement:

  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their project requirements, expectations, and strategic goals.
  • Act as a key liaison between the development team and customers, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide expert guidance on technology solutions that meet customer needs and enhance overall satisfaction.

Effort Estimation:

  • Lead the effort estimation process for software development projects, considering technical complexities, resource requirements, and project timelines.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data necessary for accurate effort estimation.
  • Continuously refine and improve estimation methodologies to enhance project planning and execution

Program Management:

  • Oversee and manage multiple software development projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective program management strategies to optimize project timelines, resource allocation, and overall project success.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Delivery Excellence:

  • Drive a culture of excellence in software delivery, emphasizing quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with development teams to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for project delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages continuous improvement and learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within software engineering.
  • Strong expertise in customer project engagement, effort estimation, program management, and successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
