Job Title: Senior Manager, Special Projects (hybrid)

Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)

FLSA: Exempt

Job Overview:

The Manager, Special Projects will help lead, organize and execute on projects identified by CIO.

Depending on the nature of the project, it could last for 6-12 months. The role is an individual contributor and will need to streamline and leverage matrixed team members to do root cause analysis for all application and data set issues during the contracting and Accounting processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • For all the RCAs - Categorize them into data setup issues vs code defects/gaps
  • Drive code enhancements back into multiple application delivery backlog
  • Work closely with data set up teams to have them create checklist and measure their performance for error rates
  • Drive resolution with a matrix structured from different parts of the business and IT organization
  • Maintain dashboard with an objective of driving the errors to zero
  • Communicate the status and progress on a regular basis back to the primary sponsor of the project
  • Manage and conduct research; review, evaluate and analyze error rates, prepare summaries, narrative analyses and recommendation.
  • Facilitate, coordinate and fulfill project challenges
  • Gauge performance of the teams, recommend areas that need improvements
  • Ensure that important tasks are assigned with clarity
  • Help create a knowledge base
