As the Senior Manager of Specialist Solutions Architects for the Zero Trust Branch offering you will be a pivotal technical leader driving the strategy that aligns our innovative security solutions with the complex business needs of enterprise clients. Reporting to the Director of Specialist Solutions Architects for Zero Trust Branch you will lead a high-performing team to own the technical sales motion foster executive-level relationships and scale processes that ensure consistent high-impact wins across the territory.
What You’ll Do- Team Leadership: Recruit mentor and build a world-class team of product professionals fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with sales leadership and clients to develop and execute winning segment and account-level strategies owning the technical sales motion from start to finish.
- Operational Excellence: Refine and scale core sales engineering processes to ensure consistency efficiency and high performance across the region.
- Executive Sponsorship: Act as a key technical leader and executive sponsor for strategic customers and partners representing the company at industry events forums and executive briefings.
- Technical Strategy: Drive the technical strategy that aligns our innovative solutions with the complex business needs of our enterprise clients.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering Solutions Consulting or Solutions Architect
- 4+ years of experience directly leading and managing technical teams.
- Proven experience selling network security technologies (SD-WAN routing protocols SWG routing proxies firewalls SSL/IPsec VPNs DLP and end-user monitoring).
- Industry Certifications: CCNP JNCIP PCNSA CISSP or CCSP.
- A leadership style that balances high-level strategy with the ability to "roll up sleeves" for strategic account wins.
- Deep understanding of complex multi-year sales cycles and expertise in value-based storytelling.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
