We are looking for a Senior Manager to join the Sponsored Lenses organization in Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
Own key top-line business metrics including but not limited to Sponsored Lens Revenue, Reach, and Engagement
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sponsored Lens team
Develop organizational-level goals, drive the technical and organizational roadmap for the engineering team
Collaborate with Ranking, Infra, Product and Design to ideate and drive our technical and product vision
Build, grow, and mentor a team of exceptional machine learning engineers, software engineers, and technical leaders.
Influence key decisions on architecture and implementation of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective engineering
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong understanding of client engineering, release cycles, and shipping large scale apps
Strong management and experience driving an operational team that is responsive to revenue and product escalations
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA in a technical field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience managing a team
Track record of building, growing, and mentoring high performing large teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Track record of delivery in rapidly changing, highly collaborative, multi-site, multi-stakeholder environments
Preferred experience with advertising
Preferred experience with AR technology
Relevant experience with data science and Internet-scale infrastructure
Have a passion to learn new things, develop people, and make a business impact at a very large scale

The base salary range for this position is $250,000 - 365,000 annually
This position is eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
