We're looking for an Engagement Senior Manager who will lead the overall Stakeholder Engagement Strategy for the SEC Program using the power of hybrid events, targeted content, and feedback mechanisms to drive business excitement, readiness, and adoption of groundbreaking changes.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Lead the creation of effective TCO approaches, plans, and templates for Stakeholder / Partner Engagement based on industry standard methodologies, and in collaboration with other teams
- Partner with the SEC Engagement Director to craft, implement, and facilitate a comprehensive and sustainable Change Network throughout the SEC partner community and across multiple deployments
- Support the planning, execution, and measurement of Engagement activities with partners at various levels (Executive Sponsors to End User) in partnership with TCO Delivery Excellence, Transformational Change Leads, Functional Leads, and Deployment & Readiness Leads
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Senior Leadership, Geography, Enablement, Value, Security, Controls, Testing and Deployment teams to align people readiness & engagement efforts
- Provide oversight on the regular collection, analysis, reporting and maintenance of partner data to understand target audience needs, derive insights for action planning/execution with Change Adoption teams, and drive standards around documentation for audit purposes
- Provide oversight on the Business Role Mapping process in collaboration with Security and Controls Teams, including business role identification and mapping to learning journeys as well as individual end users, to ensure users receive the correct system access and training to perform their daily work
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will regularly collaborate with immediate team members of the SEC Engagement Team. Within TCO, you will also work with the Delivery Excellence Team, Enablement Team, Learning Team and Global/Geography Change Adoption Teams. Outside of TCO, you will collaborate closely with the following teams: Program Operations, Value, Controls, Deployment & Readiness, Solution Architecture and Testing. Building and fostering these relationships will be critical to ensure alignment of people readiness activities, engagement planning & execution, and overall partner management.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years of directly applicable work experience, preferably 2 or more years in a Nike Transition Management related role
- Deep knowledge and skills in end-to-end Change Management across partner engagement/management, written and visual communications, leadership alignment, and transition planning
- Extensive experience planning and implementing large, diverse group meetings both in-person and using virtual meeting tools such as Zoom, Brandlive, etc.
- Able to develop presentation content with a compelling narrative, clear and concise key messages, and upbeat, exciting visuals that reflect Nike brand standards
- Able to clearly articulate ideas/recommendations (written and spoken) in a logical, organized and confident manner to Senior Leadership
- Background in data management, survey, analysis and insights using tools such as Excel, Forms, SharePoint, PowerBI, Tableau, Stracl, Menti, etc. preferred
- Familiarity with Business Role Mapping and experience working with Security and Controls, a plus
- Experience with digital transformation and large-scale technology implementations, a plus
- Familiarity with planning and managing work in Agile Methodology and tools preferred
- Optimistic, proactive, and solutions-focused; comfortable trying innovative approaches and strong professional agility
- Comfortable presenting in front of Senior Leaders and able to demonstrate an intuition for business
- Culturally curious and hyper-connected with the ability to effectively collaborate across geographies, competencies, and organizations
