THE ROLE
Medely is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to be an integral new member
of our growing Finance team. This person will build financial models and
decision-making frameworks that will unlock growth and help Medely scale. They will be
a critical contributor in refining our go-forward strategy, partnering across the
organization to answer key questions and influence the allocation of resources. The role
reports to the Director, Strategic Finance and will have high exposure to the CFO and
executive management across Medely.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own long-range planning and provide recommendations on expansion of our
  core business by building financial forecasts and analyzing trends and KPIs

• Collaborate on new business initiatives through the development of financial
  analyses, pricing models, and operational success metrics

• Develop a deep understanding of our business to inform strategic decisions, with
  a focus on customer behavior, unit economics, and industry trends

• Support ad hoc growth opportunities and operational initiatives across the
  organization

• Lead and coach a team of high-performing individual contributors

SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

• 7+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or FP&A / strategic
  finance at a high-growth company

• 2+ years managing a team

• Familiarity with marketplace and / or SaaS business models

• Elite financial modeling skills in Excel and Sheets

• Excellent written and communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and drive
  alignment across the business

• The ability to be a creative problem-solver and who can “figure it out” even
  without perfect resources

• Take ownership and see projects through to completion at a high standard of
  execution with minimal oversight

• Experience effectively managing a small team

• Corporate development experience is a plus

• Knowledge of SQL is a plus

Compensation Range: $162K - $198K
