The new North American Partnerships team within the Office of the CEO is tasked to enhance every asepect of our Brand by partnering with leaders to understand business KPIs in the short-term and long-term. Our goal is to drive value for members, increase journey support, and strengthen acquisition opportunities through world-class partners and licensed products

What you will do

The Sr. Manager, Strategic Partnerships is responsible for managing all strategic partnerships to deliver non-subscription revenue growth, drive new business development, and increase WW’s visibility in the health and wellness market. This individual will work closely with the Head of Partnerships, as well as our global partnership teams, to build and execute on our strategy to secure new business and develop go-to-market strategies that bring value and profitability to WW.  

  • Partner with the Head of Partnerships to help identify and manage a pipeline of prospective partners to help drive value to the business 

  • Conduct industry research and prepare research reports relating to business opportunities, industry trends, and market analysis

  • Develop a strong understanding of WW’s business as it related to the broader health and wellness space, and how partnerships can amplify our presence and impact in the market

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, and track record of driving significant growth 

  • 3+ years product, partnership and licensing experience

  • Demonstrated experience negotiating deals to the desired business outcome 

  • Driven by data; ability to dissect, understand and story tell with data 

  • Superior skills in project management, including the ability to simultaneously lead and support multiple projects, ensuring all are completed on schedule

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.

Base Salary - $120,000/yr to $140,000/yr
