Position Overview
You will report to the Vice President of Digital & E-Commerce, you will help our team to build a healthy organization and design/improve operational models and cross-organizational programs that allow the organization to achieve its goals. You will have commitment to clear goals and measurable outcomes and work well in teams.
Location: Bay Area / Regional Hub / Remote #LI-HYBRID-REMOTE
Responsibilities
- Manage executive meetings/workshops with our company: This can include formulating the topics to cover, building and advising agendas, guiding the discussion, bringing together notes and action items, and following up
- Design and guide strategic meetings & workshops: This could include team building sessions, organizational reviews, strategy discussions, and other topics for team meetings. Frame problems and find structures/models that help people better understand the problem and trade-offs required
- Plan and lead special programs: This includes important strategic programs that influence the success of the company. Some projects will span beyond the scope of the group, requiring cross-company collaboration
- Track and communicate organization OKRs and Quarterly DEC deliverables: Aid in the creation of our yearly goals, goals. Report out on a quarterly basis. Main contact to provide updates on defined set of quarterly deliverables
- Be a trusted counsel' to the executive and senior leaders: Provide insight on our operations, important decisions and other teams and represent the executive in certain meetings you will be unable to attend. Partner with other departments relevant to the team, including Finance, HR, Product Management, Marketing and Sales
- Manage communications: These can be internal team communications and communications out to the wider Autodesk organization
- Support development of presentation content for the executive: This can include presentations for executive meetings, and customer meetings
- Promote a spirit of collaboration and open communications: Work with teams to complete organizational goals and engender trust, including work with other Chiefs of Staff across the company, sharing and developing best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of expertise leading large programs across teams or organizations, often working on
- Experience leading change management, talent management, and organizational design at leading institutions
- Distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
- Versatile with a team-oriented working style
- Experience driving programs with outcomes, engaging with executives, and supporting others to promote a vision
- Influence across multiple levels including executive leadership team, peers, managers, and junior staff
- Team organizer, builder, and motivator with those related to prioritization and risk management
- Experience working with Sales, Marketing, and other GTM functions. Knowledge of digital and e-commerce industry
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality
- A good sounding board for others

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $133,100 and $215,380. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
