THE TEAM

You’ll be working with event organizers of everything from music festivals to concert venues to conferences and beer festivals. THE CHALLENGE


You will manage a team of Strategic Account Executives and will be responsible for delivering success for the team as a whole. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospective clients and developing action plans where necessary. You will execute the GTM strategy responsible for acquiring new creators that are a good fit for Eventbrite. You’ll be actively involved in the largest prospects of the team, guiding in the preparation of proposals, pitch presentations, and quotas. You will be responsible for reporting on the success and challenges of your team. You will work closely with the Head of the US Commercial Management team to ensure there is strong communication between Acquisition and Returning teams to optimize revenue for the US region as a whole. You will also manage the individual performance of the Strategic Account Executives to help grow their skill sets. By coaching on procedure, technique, and pipeline management, you will ensure career progression and job satisfaction for your team of Britelings.  


THE ROLE


You will be responsible for all commercial activities and revenue targets for the team. You will report to the Director of Sales for North America and work with them as well as with the Marketing team, to build pipeline, provide key feedback and execute on business success metrics, and consistently push your team to beat targets.


THE SKILL SET


  • 5+ years in sales 
  • 3+ years in a Sales Leadership/Management roles
  • Successful track record in Sales within the SaaS, Technology, or Ticketing industry
  • Complete culture match with Eventbrite (challenging, dynamic and people oriented)
  • Strong leadership skills: communication, influence and empathy
  • Experience managing and executing on metrics and quotas
  • A proven track record of over-performance
  • Analytical ability to understand and report periodical team performance to company leadership
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)


BONUS POINTS

  • A proven track record of closing deals from SMB to Enterprise level
  • Mid market ticketing or event experience

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Eventbrite, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. You may also be eligible to participate in Eventbrite’s incentive program(s) (such as equity, annual incentive bonus and commission plans), subject to the applicable rules and restrictions.

$91,300—$164,400 USD
