Senior Manager, Strategy

Full-time, (home)based Globally

In this role you will play an integral role in achieving the business objectives for the company. The Senior Manager, Strategy will develop standards and practices for core contact center products, determine optimal service configuration design, and create the strategy around BCD contact center management. Responsibilities include documenting optimal product utilization, internal and external content, training, and communication development.

A snapshot of this opportunity

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost benefit analysis for recommendations
  • Contributes to or creates training materials that address strategic as well as tactical approaches
  • Work with strategic partners within the organization to make the centers to enhance service delivery, drive efficiency, and leverage investments in technology
  • Stays informed on industry trends and their potential impact on the organization
  • Complete regional / large scale ad hoc capacity planning projects as assigned
  • Partner with the CCS development team to identify new technologies to reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Create, contribute to, and maintain internal training documentation


How you can set yourself apart

  • Prior supervisory or management experience
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team of non-direct reports
  • Proven experience with project management
  • Demonstrate ability to apply technology as an enabler to process improvement
  • You have your Contact Center Management, PMP, or Six Sigma/DMAIC project management certification
  • Intermediate or higher Excel skills
