Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Development

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Lead special strategy projects, initiatives and evaluate white space market entry or expansion opportunities that advance key strategic priorities leveraging project management and analytical skills
- Partner with business segment teams to identify strategic needs and potential target companies/technologies to address those needs
- Perform strategic, financial, and analytical analysis and assessments on various growth and M&A opportunities
- Lead and support financial and valuation models for M&A transactions and cross-functional due diligence activities and support integration planning
YOU HAVE:
- 8+ years of professional experience, ideally including employment in a professional services firm, such as an investment bank or private equity firm or a corporate environment with international reach
- Bachelor's degree required. Masters or MBA preferred
- Experience in various acquisitions, investments, divestitures, and related carve-out work of various sizes, domestically or internationally
- Valuation expertise (beyond just modeling but understanding the external valuation environment)
- Skilled in project management in terms of both leading the thought content and managing the process
