Senior Manager, Supplier Quality Management

​About the role

As part of Supplier Quality team.

What you will do

• Provide leadership and supervision to the Nexperia Backend Supplier Quality team members.
• Ensure that Nexperia Backend IQC and SQM are supporting the sites Operation with BOM material that meets Nexperia Quality requirements in a timely manner.
• Provide periodic Management update on the health and status of key suppliers.
• Setup and maintain Nexperia specification requirement on the management of Supplier Quality.
• ​Represent Nexperia to Backend BOM Supplier in implementing of Nexperia Supplier Quality requirements.
• Promote lesson learnt sharing between Nexperia sites and among Suppliers.
• Enforce and resolve the terms inside Nexperia (General Quality Agreement).
• Drive CIP at key Suppliers and manage the Consequent Management Process.
• Plan and execute the annual Supplier Audit
• Manage the process of new Supplier introduction.
• Execute Supplier Development plan for new Supplier to meet Nexperia Quality expectations.

What you will need

• ​Experience with Quality standards like ISO, IATF, AIAG and VDA
• Good understanding of Quality Methodology
• Familiar with Semiconductor Assembly and Test process
• Problem solving methodologies (8D, 3X 5Why)
• Good English / Mandarin spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interfacing in teams
• Able to cope with changing and challenging environment
• Strong analytical thinking
• Team player
• Able to structure problems and cross-link information
