Job Description Summary:

The Supply Chain Information Technology team has an opening for a Senior Manager, SCM IT position. The opportunity is located at one of our US locations: Wilmington, MA, San Jose, CA, or Dallas, TX. This position reports to the Director of SCM IT. The role will be responsible for leading a team that supports the existing JDA/Blue Yonder supply planning solution(s) with the opportunity to chart the course for a single integrated JDA/Blue Yonder SCM solution. Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes and experience working collaboratively with business counterparts is a must.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Envision and architect scalable supply planning solution(s) to meet needs of growing business
• Focus on identifying detailed planning solutions to address business gaps through new ideas
• Lead complex, long-term initiatives from initiation to completion
• Guide team to enable implementation of process improvements and transformations
• Engage and develop a supply planning team that fosters both company and personal growth and success
• Develop partnerships with business and IT stakeholders to increase effectiveness of our planning and manufacturing systems
• Estimate schedules and timelines for major projects and drive team to on-time completion

Key Skills:

• Deep understanding and prior hands-on experience implementing and managing supply chain planning solutions
• Adept at translating business requirements to technical solution requirements
• Strong communication skills within all organization levels and across disciplines
• Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environment
• Sharp analytical capability with strong attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar degree
• 12+ years hands on experience with supply planning, factory planning, and/or order promising solutions, preferably JDA/Blue Yonder
• 4+ years management experience in related field
• Project management experience
• End-to-end implementation experience in SCM/ERP solutions
• Experience in MES systems/S4 HANA/Reporting Tools
• Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing industry preferable
• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with technical and functional teams
