About the position:
The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems will report to our Director of Procurement/Supply Chain. You will be the system owner of our ERP and own implementation, optimization, and business process improvements. You'll partner with our Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and Tech teams to drive operational systems efficiency across the company.
- Lead and oversee the implementation and maintenance of Supply Chain business systems, ensuring smooth operations and optimal utilization of system functionalities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process inefficiencies, and propose solutions to streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, and improve overall operational efficiency
- Be an exemplary people leader to the systems teams, which includes building meaningful working relationships, performance management, mentorship, and career development.
- Manage system configurations, user access controls, and data integrity to ensure accurate and reliable information across all business systems, maintaining compliance with data security and privacy regulations
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements
- Focus on systems excellence, data reliability, and scale to drive meaningful business change
- Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing business systems effectively and maximizing their potential to meet business objectives
- Maintain a pulse on the business systems market trends, best practices, and evolutions
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration with technical acumen. Master's Business Administration degree with technical designation or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 years' experience in Business Systems, Analytics, configuration and implementation
- At least 8 years of management experience
- Ability to manage teams and build cross-functional relationships
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and project management methodologies
- You are comfortable in environments that are changing or scaling
- Proven experience driving strategy and managing through change
- Motivated by achieving results and driving impactful outcomes - you set ambitious goals and work diligently to deliver on them
- Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels
- Strong business and strategic acumen
It would be great if you had:
- Systems experience with the following:
- JD Edwards
- SAP/SAP Ariba
- Wave Track
- Resilinc
- Previous experience in the material handling industry
About the total compensation package:
Salary-Expected to be $122,855 - $157,260 base depending on the selected candidate's background.

Requirements
Senior level management role within organization, requiring a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent. Master's Degree is preferred. 12 years professional experience, with at least 5 years management experience is required. Experience in the technical competencies of the functional areas of responsibility is preferred.
