The Iterative Scopes mission is to empower doctors with real-time computer-aided detection and diagnostic tools powered by state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning technology; improving patient outcomes by helping gastroenterologists detect and classify lesions in real-time, including those that often elude the human eye; and improving care worldwide by providing doctors across the globe with access to deep neural networks trained by the world's best and most experienced GI specialists.
Iterative Scopes is looking to hire an enthusiastic, results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to help drive our team's rapid growth. In this role you will develop and manage Iterative Scopes' talent recruitment efforts. The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage our TA team and partner with leaders across Iterative Scopes to help define and run an effective recruiting process. What you'll be doing
- Lead our Talent Acquisition team in both high level goal setting and day-to-day operations
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including developing job descriptions alongside hiring managers, shaping and executing the interview process, and closing candidates
- Design and maintain dashboards and be able to use data and analytics to articulate status updates, problem areas and potential solutions to company executives
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the market and talent network
- Represent Iterative Scopes externally, providing insight into its mission, business model, and culture
- Build our Talent Acquisition strategy for growth and outreach to a diverse set of candidates
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to build talent acquisition processes and execute against strategic goals
Requirements & Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5 years or more experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally at a fast-moving startup with exposure to technical recruiting (e.g., engineering)
- Proven track record of leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience using ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiting platform
Preferred:
- Interest in managing major portions of the Talent Acquisition effort within a fast-growing startup
- Ambition to take on additional projects and responsibilities over time
- Track record of leading/managing multiple concurrent projects (with different deadlines) in a highly cross-functional environment
- Interest in tacking on internal projects aimed at evaluating and improving employee morale
- Willingness to get their hands dirty and help with sourcing / recruiting on high priority roles
- Excellent interpersonal skill, able to clearly and consistently communicate with senior leaders of the company
