Senior Manager- Talent Acquisition Branding & Marketing
Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition, Recruiters, the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, the Recruiting Programs Manager, Corporate Communications across the Americas, Corporate Marketing and other stakeholders in the implementation and management of key talent acquisition branding and marketing initiatives. They will also collaborate with their counterparts in Europe and Japan on various efforts. This position will initially manage 2 analysts and will grow as we expand the team. This position will report to the Director of the Talent Acquisition Americas.
Employer Branding
- Maximize branding efforts and continuously evolve content strategies to keep candidates and prospects engaged and interested in career opportunities at Nissan
- Implement and maintain internal and external regional employer-branding strategies (awards, employee referrals, employee brand ambassador program, etc.)
- Deploy, measure and present data to demonstrate the effectiveness of tools, vendors, branding channels and campaign initiatives
- Utilize workforce trends to develop, implement and modify recruitment marketing strategies
- Partner with communications and marketing teams to ensure consistency of voice, promote the employer brand and leverage existing content
Digital Marketing
- Develop, implement, and evolve programs and improve digital brand strategy (social media, digital marketing, grassroots campaigns)
- Monitor and maintain the Nissan Careers website platform and other talent acquisition-focused platforms
- Ensure the digital marketing program remains in compliance with applicable regulatory, legal, audit and supervision/control requirements
- Consistently assess vendors and tool performance to proactively address potential issues and ensure ROI on all digital recruitment efforts
Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Nissan's talent acquisition and employer branding teams (employer branding, field marketing, and digital marketing)
- Lead a regional team of 2 people, initially, developing and executing marketing plans
- Build relationships with internal and external teams and stakeholders (including HR technology, DEI stakeholders, communications/corporate marketing, and digital media teams)
- Provide support and guidance to recruiters and sources

- Understand recruitment marketing and best practices in corporate and high-volume settings
- Possess innovative and proactive problem-solving skills -with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations
- A self-directed individual with a strong ability to manage ambiguity and who adapts readily and easily to changes in priorities and business conditions
- Have excellent verbal, written, listening, and influence skills and be able to present facts clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization
- Possess strong analytical, time-management and organizational skills
- Candidate must have solid team skills and be able to work efficiently and effective with associates at all levels of the organization
- Self-driven and able to lead projects and programs with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or corporate branding
- 5+ years of experience, or equivalent, managing teams
- Understanding of brand positioning strategies in a recruitment setting (preferred)
- Team management experience; professional or volunteer (preferred)
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines and own multiple initiatives (including events) in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results
- Skill collaborating with senior leaders, and cross-functional, global teams
- A passion for solving problems and delivering solutions
- A creative eye for promotional items, strategy, and event activation
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver and tailor information to audiences at varying levels within the company
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to travel internationally
