Senior Manager Talent Acquisition - Recruiting
Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, Branding & Recruitment Marketing Manager, the Recruiting Programs Manager and other stakeholders in the implementation and management of key talent acquisition initiatives. This role is integral in transforming Nissan's Americas Talent Acquisition (TA) function from mainly full lifecycle recruiting to a strategic TA advisory center of excellence. They will also collaborate with their counterparts in Europe and Japan on various recruitment efforts. This position will manage 4-5 managers and over 20 recruiters and sourcers. This position will report to the Director of the Talent Acquisition Americas.

Leadership
- Support the transformation of the TA organization by developing and delivering robust development curriculum
- Build collaborative relationships within HR, business leaders and other key stakeholders by meeting with, identifying and addressing the hiring needs for the business.
- Provide regular reporting and analytics summaries with key insights to HR and business partners
- Lead and direct the extended team
- Partner with TA shared services team to identify process improvement, and improved experiences
- Be a strategic advisor to business leaders, especially around our most challenging requirements and objectives
- Build sourcing function for the Americas
Recruitment
- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates for high volume frontline and corporate roles
- Support TA managers in evaluating resourcing allocations to optimize team productivity and balance requisition loads
- Promote diversity in the recruiting process and ensure strategies attract diverse candidates
- Build talent pipeline strategies for key roles and optimize the usage of the CRM technology for specific role types
- Evaluate recruiting efforts happening outside of the Talent Acquisition team and develop plan to bring work within the TA Center of Excellence.
Vendor Management
- Work closely with our RPO and Contingent Labor partner to ensure communication is solid, hiring needs are being met and business needs are being addressed
Data and Analytics
- Leverage reporting to drive key insights for the business and support recruiting strategies
- Provide reporting and analytics requirements to TA and analytics teams to ensure reporting is useful

- Must be a fast and versatile leader that enjoys developing teams and learning their work to drive impact
- Perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires meeting time-sensitive deadlines with a great deal of coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Understand recruiting process and best practices in corporate and high-volume settings
- Possess innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations
- A self-directed individual with a strong ability to manage ambiguity and who adapts readily and easily to changes in priorities and business conditions
- Have excellent verbal, written, listening, and influencing skills and be able to present facts clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization
- Possess strong analytical, time-management and organizational skills
- Candidate must have solid team skills and be able to work efficiently and effective with associates at all levels of the organization
- Self-driven and able to lead projects and programs with minimal supervision
- Stay attuned to country and local labor laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of experience, or equivalent, in recruiting or human resources
- A minimum 5 years of experience, or equivalent, managing teams
- Successful track record of managing people and key performance indicators
- Preferred English and Spanish speaking
- Ability to travel internationally several times per year
