The Senior Manager, Talent Development is responsible for the development and execution of Culture and Development strategies in support of the organization's overall mission, goals and strategy. This role typically provides strategic oversight of systems and programs that integrate the elements of talent engagement and development.

What you will do:

• Design, facilitate, sustain, and improve talent programs and processes in partnership with HR leaders and the various LOBs (Lines of Business).
• Play a strategic role supporting the delivery of core talent processes including Engagement Survey, Talent Calibration and Performance Review Process and Development Planning.
• Manage and lead the sustainment and continuous improvement of programming and resources in support of Kingdom Culture.
• Facilitate leadership programs as needed and conduct individual and team coaching or consultations with various leader levels and teams.
• Own and maintain partnerships with external vendors as needed to design and deliver talent solutions. Continuously assessing vendor strategy.
• Conduct research and stay up to date on industry trends to contribute to the continued evolution of Talent Development.
• Own the assessment strategy and support assessment delivery including personality assessment and 360.
• Provide debrief and coaching of internal assessments for development.
• Assist with budgeting forecasts and recommendations to HR leadership as needed.
• Assist with and completes other Talent projects and duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Master's Degree, preferred.
• 5 -7 years of relevant experience.
