The opportunity

Adobe is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Manager with expertise in skills-first strategy trends for large scale employee development initiatives. This position is tasked with identifying current and future skills required to fuel Adobe's growth aspirations. The focus of the role is on current and emerging skills in Technology such as Generative AI, Product-Led Growth in addition to enduring business skills. Extensive experience with a range of learning modalities and learning technologies along with the ability to synthesize complex content areas is essential. This role is a Team Lead role responsible for providing guidance and mentorship to other team members, and directly managing a few direct reports.

What you'll do

  • Be a consultative learning partner to anticipate and support Adobe's business strategy by identifying and developing efficient learning solutions to meet job performance and business skill needs
  • Be the lead Learning Consultant tasked with developing a Skills-first strategy for large scale employee development initiatives
  • Lead the discovery needs analysis, research, design, build and implementation of a comprehensive learning programs (could include tools, processes, programs and certifications) for internal groups across the globe
  • Strong facilitation skills - you will be part of a team who facilitates across the business - up to 25% of your time
  • Measure the impact of your work to ensure undeniable business value

What you need to succeed

  • Deep knowledge of Technology & Trends emerging in Learning Industry, i.e has some knowledge and opinions on how learning teams are using and experimenting with AI as part of their learning technology
  • Strong personal and team leadership skills - will be a senior member working in a matrix, global organization and will be required to prioritize and drive sophisticated projects with direct and indirect team members.
  • The ability to work with subject matter experts to create learning assets that you may be unfamiliar with. This could be technical learning, product learning as examples and will require the individual to research and determine the most effective content for the intended audiences
  • Problem-Solving mentality - experience working in an organization that uses OKR goal setting methodology
  • Knowledge of measurement strategies to assess the impact of your work
  • Present and facilitate with poise in structured moments with stakeholders and Sr. Executives
  • Analytical thinking
  • Demonstrate deep interpersonal skills, autonomy, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong performance mindset
  • Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills - Instructional/ Strong Graphic design skills are favorable

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $113,700 -- $253,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
