What We NeedThe Senior Manager, Talent Development will work with teams globally across the 2K organization. The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working jointly with other members of the Human Resources team as well as members of the Take Two global Talent Development Team. This position will lead or provide project support and consultation in all areas of talent development, change management, culture, employee engagement, leadership/team effectiveness, and support for other strategic initiatives. Your strategic insights and guidance will help grow teams and develop employees at all levels. This position reports to the VP of Global Talent Development at Take-Two with a dotted line into the Head of HR at 2K Games.
Essential Functions of the Job:
In collaboration with senior business and HR leadership, you will contribute to the design, planning, and implementation of Talent Development efforts. This position also orchestrates business change and culture transformation initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs.
What You Will Do- Assesses critical business issues, designs talent development tools, and evaluates both long/short-term strategic plans to enhance company performance.
- Designs and implements programs and processes including training, organizational design, and process improvement to enhance the effectiveness of managers, teams and organizations to increase performance, productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Project manage select enterprise-wide projects
- Administer performance management tool, Lattice, and design and facilitate mid-year and year-end performance management process
- Partners with the business & HR to facilitate adoption and effective execution of processes.
- Design, implement, and administer Learning Management System
- Create and roll out learning content, including live training, on-demand training, and how-to guides
- Support the global Internship Program through program design, intern manager training, intern onboarding, performance management, and program analytics and assessment
- Lead Talent analytics and score-carding process and reporting to provide insight and direction for key Talent and Development initiatives.
- Plan, configure, and launch Engagement Survey for 2K and in partnership with multiple HR Partners globally; facilitate results-to-action planning sessions with 2K leadership
- 8+ years' experience in Talent Development and/or Organizational Development roles
- Bachelor's degree in related field,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite & Talent Management/Org Development Applications such as Workday and Culture Amp
- Ability to develop global collaborative relationships and influence across matrix reporting lines & functions
- Strong proficiency in implementation and support of global Talent tools, including learning, performance, surveys, and analytical systems
- Develops new ideas, seeing issues from multiple angles, acting with a sense of curiosity and urgency to transport innovations from other areas, and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Able to analyze complex data sets, extract the insights that matter most, and tell compelling stories to drive adoption of new feedback and action planning approaches.
- Proven ability to: Manage large-scale international projects; Gather, compile and analyze qualitative feedback; Lead and manage change successfully; Stay current in the People and Or Development field and make program recommendations for continuous improvement Professional written and verbal communication skills/facilitation skills with multiple audiences.
- Ability to package complex ideas (roadmaps, qualitative analysis) tailored to the audience The ability to self-direct and self-prioritize multiple tracks of work

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $70 and $74 per Hour. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
