As a Sr. Manager of Technical Program Management at ZoomInfo, you will be the owner and driver of several complex programs, forming a portfolio of efforts to meet the business goals that support the strategic vision of delivering ZoomInfo’s Product organization.
What You’ll Do:Â
- De-risk transformational programs across various dimensions of risk such as technical, org, informational asymmetry, product, data science, and business adoption. Drive best-in-class technical program management practices.
- Be an active problem solver who owns outcomes on behalf of cross-org teams
- Leverage and improve the program operating model and share alignment with the program team across ZoomInfo on vision, business goals, and program, and secure cross-functional team dependencies' commitment
- Lead executive committee meetings with key stakeholders to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issuesÂ
- Provide ongoing visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) to all stakeholders
- Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent program teams from delivering on program outcomesÂ
- Create a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, speed, innovation, and learning
- Be a thought leader who can help accelerate the capabilities delivery and challenge others to change
- Lead a team of TPMs as applicable. Be responsible for the recruitment, evaluation, and growth of the TPMs
- Lead projects with notable risk and complexity, ensuring strategic alignment and transparency on priority work
- Establish organizational savviness and executive presence, influencing critical initiatives and objectives
- Maintain high intuition for business to uncover issues, opportunities, and solutions
What You Bring:Â
- Minimum of 10 years in technical management preferably in a SaaS company
- 3-5+ years with a deep understanding of Jira, Confluence, Jira reports/dashboards
- Ability to get to the root cause of the issues, create a roadmap, and present the changes to make in a consumable fashion without overwhelming the organization. Provide recommendations with alternate solutions/options for leadership to evaluate
- Demonstrated leadership skills, superior social skills, and experience in portfolio/project management
- Proven skills in dealing with ambiguity, leading change, and applying business insight
- Strong problem-solving, and strategic independent thinking
- Ability to identify underlying issues, influence without formal authority, and facilitate team building collaboration
- High degree of self-motivation, proactivity, and comfort in an ambiguous environment
- Systems thinker: the ability to evaluate the current system (examples: Jira, Confluence) and derive recommendations to reduce the “noise” without causing too much churn, simplifying how we operate at scale
The US base salary range for this position is $159,200 to $199,000 + variable compensation + benefits.
Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific salary range for your desired work location during the hiring process.
