Senior Manager, Testing & Personalization (Contract)

As the Testing and Personalization Sr. Manager at BNTS, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing testing and personalization strategies for our clients. You will be responsible for driving innovation and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer experiences and drive business growth.

Role and Responsibilities - Strategy

• A proven track record of leading comprehensive testing and personalization strategy, and the ability to define strategies based on client business objectives and goals
• Build testing and personalization roadmap with actionable use cases showing estimated impact on revenue
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and prepare and present project plans that list tasks, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies and owners
• Continuously monitor and refine personalization strategies based on user feedback and performance metrics
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to finalize content for A/B Testing and personalizations activities
• Communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders through reports, presentations, and workshops
• Analyze test results and user data to derive actionable insights and recommendations
• Evaluate and optmize to best-in-class testing processes to ensure feasbility, efficiency, and scalability across client projects
• Lead in administration and operation VWO to support multi-channel campaigns

Role and Responsibilities - Technical/Execution

• Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation methodologies.
• Lead the configuration of tests and personalizations within testing tool (VWO)
• Evaluate, write, edit, debug front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to create tests
• Evaluate values in datalayer and first party cookies with an understanding how to target these values/cookies to build/target/deliver personalized experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of experience leading AB testing/personalization methodologies and practices
• Be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success
• Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to communicate and present on regular weekly client meetings as well as at the executive level
• Experience working within and Google Analytics 4 and Universal Analytics
• 3+ years of technical experience working within A/B testing tools, specifically VWO
• Experience with tag management systems and familiarity with data layers
• Web development experience
• Understanding of SPAs (Single Page Applications)
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS
• Intermediate JavaScript skills
• Passion for the digital domain and use of technology to solve business problems
• Ability to learn new technologies at high level to identify use opportunities
• Understanding of database management and APIs
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field required
• Agency experience preferred but not required
• Fluent in English language and is able to lead client meetings and conversations
