QGenda is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards, who will be responsible for the overall design, execution, communication and administration of QGenda's total rewards strategy to support the company's culture and growth. This includes managing all aspects of the compensation, benefits/wellness and HR systems as well as related HR policy, process and governance.Ā
What You'll DoĀ
- Plan and execute our compensation and benefits program which supports QGenda's business goals and culture, to include base salary and incentive structures, benefit and wellness plan architectures to attract, reward and retain talentĀ
- Lead compensation processes and programs to include job evaluations + salary surveys, base + variable pay programs, and merit and promotion processes with an emphasis on equity and inclusion, while rewarding a results-based, high performance cultureĀ
- Identify opportunities to implement and improve compensation programs, incentive plans, policies and procedures in order to be responsive to company's goals and competitive practicesĀ
- Oversee QGenda's benefits programs, including benefits renewal, plan design and open enrollment processĀ
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits programs, including reporting and regulatory changes affecting benefits plansĀ
- Manage all vendor relationships, including budget management, vendor selection and contract negotiationsĀ
- Establish and measure key compensation, benefit and engagement program metrics evaluating effectiveness of programs against business objectivesĀ
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and key business leaders on compensation for new hires, promotions, transfers and on-going job leveling, allowing for dynamic changes as the market demands
What You Need
- Bachelor's Degree required; professional certifications or MBA preferredĀ
- 5-7 years' experience in total rewards, building and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits programsĀ
- Experience with compensation structures and analysis, benefits implementation and reporting, onboarding and offboarding employeesĀ
- Ability to drive consensus and engagement across a wide variety of stakeholders in multiple parts of the businessĀ
- Data-driven with a strong ability to analyze data, turning data into valuable compensation and benefits insights and action plans aligned with company goalsĀ
- Experience with HRIS - ADP experience a plusĀ
- HR vendor management experience (e.g. compensation and benefits brokers, carriers, etc.)Ā
