Picket is seeking to add a Nashville-based Sr Manager to our treasury team to build on existing capabilities for client, resident and corporate cash management. If you’d enjoy implementing client wallet infrastructure, developing capabilities to accept payments anywhere, helping the management team make informed decisions through cash forecasting and managing corporate liquidity/banking platforms, let’s talk.

Expectations

• Drive the build out of our banking infrastructure to support operating at scale, which includes developing the ability to efficiently receive payments from residents and enable clients to maintain cash balances in Picket owned wallets/virtual accounts 
• Implement and maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast 
• Own the working capital cycle and related daily cash management
• Oversee banking platforms and related administration
• Manage AP-team and coordinate within Picket to ensure timely AR collection
• Manage investment accounts to ensure appropriate corporate operating liquidity
• Implement and maintain an appropriate control environment, ensuring regulatory compliance for relevant accounts

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in treasury / cash management
• Experience working with off-shore resources and developing a growing team
• Payments/virtual account/wallet experience desired 
• Operating complex banking infrastructure; regulated environment a plus
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation a plus
