The Treasury Manager/Senior Treasury Manager must be an autonomous problem solver and capable of working with limited direction while taking full ownership of their areas of responsibility. This individual has a growth mindset and will work closely with global Treasury team as well as cross-functional teams across all regions. The Senior Treasury Manager will be expected to anticipate issues, solve problems, and recommend solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop best in class cash operations: evaluate new banking products and services, continue evolving global cash management strategy to align with company's strategic visions
- Be a leader for all things treasury and able to quickly problem solve. Leveraging a deep understanding of systems/platforms, can prevent issues from happening
- Has a good understanding of treasury products and solutions that can be leveraged to make treasury life easier
- Act as M&A lead for the treasury team
- Manage Americas cash operations activities including cash positioning, reporting, and reconciliation, trade confirmation and settlement
- Participate in building out cashflow forecasting model(short term &long term) including leveraging global treasury management system/SAP to drive reporting and forecasting process improvement and scalability
- Facilitate execution of regional intercompany flows including dividends, netting and loans
- Oversee bank account administration, including managing regional banking relationships and assisting with banking resolutions including entity and authorized officer KYC requirements
- Review Treasury processes and implement best practices to drive process improvement
- Keep current on regulatory developments and requirements and lead adoption and compliance (ex: FBAR, FACTCA, DF, etc). Manage SOX and audit compliance
- Work on integration plans due to M&A activity
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
- 8+ years of broad Finance and Treasury experience with multinational companies
- Technical experience and knowledge in all areas of Treasury Operations
- A problem solver, ability to balance competing priorities, an attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate the ability to develop strong client and stakeholder relationships, implement effective communication programs
- Experience in people management and developing team members to develop their expertise and support their professional growth
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Experience of using Integrity and SAP TRM
- Creative problem solving, deep analytical & strategic thinking skills
- Ability to drive results in a fast-paced/deadline-oriented environment
