Job Description
Quickbase is seeking a dynamic leader to join our marketing team as the Senior Web Strategy Manager. In this role you will manage Quickbase's website demand strategy, leading the creation of inspiring website experiences that attract, engage, and convert prospective customers. The ideal candidate has proven experience leading the strategy and execution of cross-functional web demand programs in a results-driven environment. You have a data-driven mindset, lead with a customer-centric approach, and problem solve proactively. Understanding complex B2B content strategies is imperative for success.
The role:
- Lead the web demand strategy, including landing page experiences, conversion rate optimization (CRO), testing and experimentation, and UX enhancements that drive acquisition and conversion.
- Lead ongoing site-wide SEO efforts, including content strategy, on-page, off-page, and technical optimizations. Support localization strategy, as needed.
- Manage Drift implementation, develop new page playbooks, and track performance with SDRs and demand gen marketing team
- Collaborate with Marketing, Web Systems, Creative, and Product teams to create site experiences for campaigns, product initiatives, tests, and always-on programs.
- Drive continuous performance improvement through the development of an ongoing experimentation roadmap aligned to short-term and long-term opportunities.
- Analyze and monitor page performance and user behavior across site landing pages, generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies and uncover areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers and site visitors, and use those insights to inform site strategy.
- Partner with our Marketing Ops analysts to establish a clear measurement framework, define KPIs, and track and analyze website performance.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a fast-paced environment. They must be comfortable with ambiguity with a strong bias to action. A flexible mindset is important as the marketing team continues to leverage new approaches to work and evolve our priorities as we learn and grow the business.
You're a critical thinker with an ability to problem solve and propose creative solutions proactively without much prodding. You're self-sufficient and can work autonomously, but you also love collaboration and regularly get feedback on your strength as a team player.
You have excellent communication skills to manage priorities, expectations, and communicate strategy and results directly to stakeholders. And you love data with proven ability to measure the effectiveness of strategy and make strategic decisions based on results.
Ideally, You will have:
- 6-8 years' experience leading integrated web strategy, SEO, and CRO in tech or B2B brands.
- Experience using data and insights to inform requirements, ideas, and strategies. Fluent in Google Analytics, testing tools (Intellimize, Optimizely), search tools (SEMrush, Ahref, Moz), Drift, etc.
- Adept at leading hypothesis-driven A/B tests, experiment design, and running experiments at scale.
- Demonstrated understanding of SEO fundamentals and the interaction between site architecture and content to deliver organic traffic performance.
- Strong knowledge of UX principles and best practices
- Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. You don't find problems, you find solutions.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies and plans to a wide variety of audiences.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from strategy to execution.
