Senior Manager, West Coast, Style Development

About the Job
CHANEL is looking for a Senior Manager on the West Coast to join our Style Expertise Team. You will play a leading role in upskilling targeted Fashion Advisors and fostering partnership across the Fashion Division. This role interfaces with Retail, Education, Visual Merchandising and Merchandising and is a key partner for the Education, Boutique and Merchandising teams. Our ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience and a passion for educating Retail, Merchandising, and creating strategic synergies.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:
- You will play a key role in Style Expertise development on the West Coast
- Develop and host trainings for Style Ambassadors both in boutique as well as remotely
- You will travel to relevant boutiques to host in person trainings, support trainings with Style content, and identify potential talent
- Track Retail population engagement on digital platforms and leverage feedback to improve content
- Partner internally with Product Merchandising and Education, as well as with global Style Expertise to communicate compelling product information centered around Style
- Track program efficacy through KPIs and analyze data to form perspective that will determine next steps
- Develop strong partnerships with internal departments: Boutique leaders and teams, Product Merchandising, Education, Visual Merchandising, Client Analytics, Strategy
- Actively follow the industry and seasonal trends, while also having a strong pulse on the competitive market
- Create seamless and coherent synergy between Style Expertise, Visual Merchandising and Product Merchandising

- Deep knowledge of product merchandising strategy and implementation in Retail
- A passion for leveraging data to impact the luxury retail experience
- Experience training tenured members of Retail
Position Logistics:
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Remote role based in California with travel to boutiques
- Up 25% travel domestic and international
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000-120,000 Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits and perks.

Compensation
- Base salary, bonus potential and other forms of variable pay [may/will be] offered for this position
