Senior Manager/Associate Director, FP&A
Job Description
OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced and system savvy Sr. Manager/Associate Director, FP&A with excellent data analysis skills to join our growing finance/accounting team to assist the VP, Finance with building out the FP&A function and provide analytical/decision support to our management team.Â
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecast and long-range plan in ensuring alignment with corporate goalsÂ
- Perform financial analysis and management reporting to functional teams on strategic planning, budgeting and operations planning
- Prepare monthly and quarterly BvA and dashboard reporting using Adaptive Planning softwareÂ
- Implement FP&A software and data automation projectsÂ
- Perform analysis of standard product costs, labor and overhead allocations and profit margins
- Provide financial support for growth initiatives including product development, research partnerships/collaborations, commercialization and capital expenditure projects
- Support financial close activities and financial auditsÂ
- Participate in FP&A initiatives including identifying opportunities for process improvementsÂ
- Other duties as assignedÂ
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or EconomicsÂ
- 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A; 10+ years for Associate Director level
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel skills, Google Suite and MS office SuiteÂ
- Proficient in NetSuite and Adaptive Planning or similar softwareÂ
- Experience with financial system implementationÂ
- Working knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles
- High attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours
- Ability to travel quarterly to our Brisbane, CA location

Base Salary Range: $ 167,580 - $188,000
The listed base salary range is for Mammoth employees in the Bay Area. Actual base salary will be determined by geographic work location, relevant professional experience, applicable skills, and internal equity. The base salary range for those working remotely outside of the San Francisco Bay Area may differ and will be determined by industry market data for the role and specific region.
