Senior Managing Consultant SAP OTC (Order to Cash)

You will use a mix of consultative skills business knowledge and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Your Role

This will be a consultant role on SAP OTC/SD (Order to Cash) on SAP S/4 HANA who will be responsible for delivery of innovative technical solutions to solve the complex client problems. The consultant will provide functional and business process expertise on a project team which generally consists of consultants subcontractors remote global resources and client employees. The consultant also participates in pursuing client sales opportunities and working on bid & proposal efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the selection implementation upgrades and production support of SAP S/4 Programs focus on the OTC module including process design configuration and testing.
• Demonstrate your technical expertise and business acumen throughout the client engagement lifecycle (business development presales activities scoping solution design and development and operations sustainability).
• Demonstrate technical expertise and business acumen throughout the client engagement lifecycle from business development to operations sustainability.
• Lead solution design workshops perform fit-gap analyses and facilitate client workshops to gather business requirements and develop configuration design and functional specifications documents.
• Configure SAP OTC application and lead customization to fill perceived gaps collaborating with clients’ technical and functional teams to optimize solution performance.
• Identify appropriate services and align solutions with business and IT solution owners ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g. MM FI PP EWM).
• Support project and sprint planning system integration and user acceptance testing with cross-functional teams coordinating efforts to resolve anomalies and ensure solution quality.
• Stay current with SAP OTC innovations and best practices bringing the latest value to clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

• 8+ years of SAP functional experience in Sales and Distribution/Order to Cash in SAP.
• At least 3 years of experience in configuring SAP OTC on S/4HANA with strong integration knowledge with MM FI-CO PP and EWM TMS modules.
• 2+ full lifecycle end-to-end SAP S/4 Programs
• Experience leading customer/prospect demos and supporting sales teams to win deals.
• Knowledge of BTP and API based integration.
• Experience with EDI for Order to Cash module and integration( 850 855 860 810 etc..)
• Extensive post-implementation support knowledge
• Fully bilingual required English and French
