About The Job:

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our banking team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile and web applications through thorough testing, debugging, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Experience in QA: 3+ years in software testing.

Testing Theory: Strong knowledge of testing theory, ability to apply these skills in practice, and understanding of SDLC.

Web Applications: Experience in testing web applications and cross-browser testing.

Test Cases: Development and documentation of test cases, ability to work with TMS.

Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility: Ability to work in fast-paced release environments, prioritize tasks and bugs, and understand overall team and product priorities.

Desired Skills:

Mobile Applications: Experience testing iOS and Android (Flutter), knowledge of testing tools and specifics of mobile application testing.

Microservices: Experience testing systems with microservices architecture.

Integrations: Experience testing complex integrations.

Debugging: Effective debugging, log analysis, and error localization skills.

Responsibilities:

Testing: Create and execute test cases for mobile and web applications, conduct exploratory testing, regression testing, and bug reporting and retesting.

Debugging: Identify, localize, and analyze the causes of errors.

Integration Tests: Verify interactions between different system components and external integrations.

Automation: Utilize automated tests alongside manual testing, develop and maintain automated tests in Kotlin, and integrate into CI/CD.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, analysts, and other QA engineers.

Documentation: Manage test documentation and test data.

Tech Stack Overview:

Mobile Platforms: iOS, Android, Flutter, ADB, Logcat, Mockoon, Mobile Device Farms, Firebase

Web Applications: Devtools, Charles

Test Automation: Kotlin (API and e2e tests), Selenium, Selenium Grid, Docker, Appium, Spring Boot

Test Management: TestRail, TestOps

Work Process and Communication: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Figma
