We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mobile Application QA Tester to join our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive manual testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall improvement of application performance, design, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

*Conduct comprehensive manual testing of mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms.

*Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.

*Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar).

*Perform functional, usability, compatibility, regression, and exploratory testing.

*Validate app performance across various devices, screen sizes, and OS versions.

*Collaborate with development teams to replicate and resolve issues effectively.

*Perform app installation, configuration, and upgrades to validate deployment processes.

*Ensure all testing is completed within specified timelines and meets the defined quality standards.

*Provide input to improve application design, user experience, and testing processes.

Qualifications and Skills

*5+ years of experience in manual testing, with a focus on mobile applications.

*Hands-on experience testing both Android and iOS applications.

*Familiarity with mobile testing tools such as Appium (manual mode), Android Studio, or Xcode.

*Knowledge of mobile debugging tools like ADB, Logcat, or Charles Proxy.

*Basic understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman for API testing.

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

*Excellent communication skills to document and explain issues clearly.

*Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Bonus Skills

*Exposure to automated testing frameworks or willingness to learn automation.

*Knowledge of performance and load testing tools.

*Familiarity with continuous integration tools like Jenkins.

*Experience with agile/scrum process.
