Senior Market Intelligence Analyst (Aspire)

Aspire is seeking to hire a talented Senior Market Intelligence Analyst to perform thorough, systematic research and analysis of our markets, customers, and competitors.
What You'll Do:

• Provide insights on the market, customers, and competitors that support strategic and tactical decision-making by marketing, sales, product, and company leadership.
• Collect, update, and maintain competitive intelligence information for existing and emerging competitors, including go-to-market strategies, product offerings, and positioning.
• Partner with the product marketing team to inform the development of competitive positioning, differentiated messaging, and impactful sales enablement collateral and assets.
• Distribute clear and concise summaries and/or reports detailing your findings and recommendations on a recurring basis to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor key customer needs and industry trends and analyze their impact on Aspire's business and/or potential for new market opportunities.
• Conduct primary research with customers and industry stakeholders to gain insights into buyer behavior and preferences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal customers to identify emerging needs and enhance their use of strategic analysis and market and competitor intelligence.
• Support survey design and programming for online surveys.
• Act as liaison with outside market research vendors.

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in developing and managing competitive and market insights.
• Four-year college degree with a major in an applicable field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent analysis skills, including the ability to draw appropriate conclusions from large amounts of data and driving insight to action.
• Demonstrated ability to present analysis to all levels of staff, including executive level.
• Competence with data analytics software and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to find innovative new ways to acquire market intelligence and to develop new strategies to further enhance the market intelligence program.
• Self-starter that can work independently to manage own workload with minimal supervision while still working effectively as part of a team.
• Experience with a B2B SaaS organization and/or the landscaping/trades industries is a strong plus.
• Prior experience with using and managing competitive intelligence software (e.g., Crayon, Klue, etc.) is a plus.

Where You'll Work:
Our headquarters is located in St. Louis, but we'll be remote until the time is right to return to the office. Fully remote employees will continue to stay remote. When the time is right, employees based in St. Louis will move to a hybrid work model (three days in the office with the option to work remotely for the remaining two).
