Market and Policy Analysis:

• Analyze policy trends, investment trajectories, and trade regulations within the segment market, academia, bio-industry, and IVD-industry. Provide actionable business development recommendations based on the industry's external environment.

• Deliver insights for key development projects to accelerate growth and achieve Annual Operating Targets (AOT). Continuously explore new industry trends, build target customer lists, and leverage business data to drive new applications and business growth.

• Support mid to long-term business strategies by analyzing market size, growth, emerging fields, and portfolio expansion. Research GTM strategies of other brands and collaborate with product managers to evaluate business development status and offer execution recommendations.

• Collect and analyze industry and competitor financial reports. Generate and translate reports for internal distribution across China and globally. Conduct comprehensive customer demand analysis to understand key clients' needs, predict future business capabilities, and provide strategic recommendations.

• Support marketing projects or campaigns by coordinating strategic direction assessment and feedback.

• Background: Degree or equivalent experience in life sciences with proven experience in marketing intelligence or as an analyst in the life sciences field (preferred).
• Expertise: In-depth understanding of segment markets, trends, customer needs, key players, and solutions.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, effective communication, and cross-functional teamwork abilities.
