This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that's sufficient for completing their job remotely.
Job Summary
The Senior Analyst Marketing supports the development of the retail finance marketing strategy and the execution of comprehensive and integrated consumer and dealer marketing campaigns for the United States and Canada. This position also owns the dealer communication channel for all HDFS products and services and serves as the key marketing point of contact for the HDFS field sales team.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and distribution of HDFS communications with field staff, dealers, and customer service
- Supports dealer training and webinars
- Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of campaigns and materials across various channels, including direct mail, email, paid media, and in dealership support for US and Canada
- Partner with the field sales team to develop short-term incentives to support dealer loyalty and performance
- Collaborate with leadership to support and promote new product variations to meet consumer and dealer needs.
- Plans meetings by identifying, assembling, and coordinating retail requirements; develop assignments and coordinates retail asset requirements.
- Assembles marketing strategies, project and product briefs, and relevant marketing communications in support of the retail finance plans
- Analyzes marketing asset usage reports and stakeholder feedback when developing new campaigns.
- Coordinates retail strategy and creative concept reviews with agency partners; provides missing information as needed
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Education Specifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Business Administration, or related area is preferred
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Demonstrated experience in strategic consumer marketing, dealer marketing, leading agency relationships, and guiding the creation and production of work with agencies
- Proven experience demonstrating strategic thinking, strong execution skills, and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in multiple aspects of marketing communications disciplines (Offline and online advertising, media planning and buying, emerging and social media, electronic communication, retail consumer advertising and promotions, sponsorships and cross-promotions, collateral production, direct marketing, licensing and merchandising and brand identity creation, etc.)
- Proven ability to track and measure ROI for marketing initiatives along with a proven ability to manage budgets and pro-actively identify opportunities/issues
The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
