About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced marketing analytics professional to join the B2B Marketing team. This will be the most senior level individual contributor in the function acting as trusted adviser to Maven; the expert for all things tied to marketing analytics at a manager/ principal level. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and a curiosity to understand the best allocation of Marketing resources. In this role, you will analyze marketing data to help the B2B Marketing team understand the effectiveness of overall marketing and individual campaigns, and will deliver insights/actions for improvement. You will be responsible for KPI identification and measurement and analysis and visualization of marketing activity to drive informed decision-making.
To make our mission a reality, your skills will be accountable for:
- Own the marketing analytics function from forecasting through to measuring impact and sharing insights
- Wrangle multiple, large datasets from various platforms to find patterns and provide executive-level analysis of marketing KPIs
- Partner cross-functionally with the Data Analytics team to ensure we have the necessary data available in Looker for reporting and analysis
- Advise the team on data-driven goal setting from individual campaign goals through the annual planning process
- Maintain and develop all reporting and dashboards across the B2B Marketing function as well as collaborate across the Growth organization to develop full-funnel reporting
- Proactively analyze B2B Marketing activities to gather insights, uncover opportunities, and make recommendations for more efficient allocations of resources
- Encourage a "test and learn" mindset by owning experimental design and sharing insights with the broader team
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of marketing analytics experience
- You're highly analytical and present recommendations in engaging and creative ways
- You are organized and effective at multitasking and prioritization
- You are an effective communicator (verbal, written, presentation)
- You are well-versed in B2B Marketing data sources (Hubspot, Salesforce, ad platforms, Google Analytics, etc.) and channels (web, email, paid media, etc.)
- You have a demonstrated understanding of attribution models and how to apply them to ROI analyses
Preferred Qualifications:
- You are experienced in visualization tools (Looker preferred), Google Sheets, Excel, and SQL
- You are a natural teacher who is excited to share your best practices related to analytics
- You embrace growth mindset with a desire to learn and constantly improve
- You are passionate about closing gaps in care for today's families
Helpful Experiences and Skills:
- Experience working with B2B marketing funnels
- Experience working in the healthcare industry, particularly in women's and family health
For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $185,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
