Ripple Effect is looking for a Senior Marketing and Branding Associate with 4 years of expereince to support our client's mission. This role will work closely with the Communications & Outreach Division to develope and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance the company's brand presence and drive business growth. While collaborateing with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and support various branding activities.

- Salary Range: $69,616.00 to $80,057.00 per year (how we pay and promote)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote and elevate the company's brand image
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, and print materials
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify target audiences and optimize marketing efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute creative content and messaging that aligns with the brand voice
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and brand development
- Assist with other marketing and communications projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in marketing and brand development
Basic Requirements
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
- Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize program statistics, and present to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Preform other duties related to the role

Skills That Set You Apart
- Experience in Federal Government Contracting
- Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Understanding of website design and content management systems
