As our Senior Marketing Associate, you are an integral part of the Marketing team. You will work alongside Brand and Digital Marketing to make Blank Street a household name. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will support on executing both brand and digital marketing plans. 

This role is based in our brand new office in Chancery Lane.

You are:

• A marketing generalist. You have experience and an understanding of the core marketing mix and how these fit together
• A doer. You’re confident putting forward new ideas and scoping out new opportunities 
• Creative, but with a love for data and making decisions based on insight
  

• You will support the Marketing Lead in developing a clear, comprehensive brand platform based on brand perception and target audience insights
• You will manage marketing campaigns and key calendar dates, coordinating all teams to execute on time and evaluating success against KPIs
• You will support the Marketing Lead to execute partnership campaigns, bringing in key stakeholders to maximise the potential of each opportunity
• You will take the lead on executing campaigns on the Blank Street app - from download drivers to product launches - ensuring all consumer marketing touch points are consistent and intuitive for customers to navigate
• You will support on defining the customer marketing and retention plans for the UK market, working closely with the team in New York on email, push and customer onboarding
• You will own the UK customer email calendar, defining content and copy which resonates with our customers
• You will develop retention and loyalty programs, delighting our customers and ensuring they keep coming back
• You will work closely with our US team, based in New York, on Global projects
• You will take ownership of delivery marketing, owning the relationship with Deliveroo and maximising Blank Street’s delivery share

• You have 2+ years experience in Marketing, ideally in an app, e-commerce, or retail environment
• You are a fluent English speaker, with excellent writing skills
• Experience in a high-growth startup company preferred
• You are confident in managing campaigns and projects end-to-end, and analysing its success
• You will be working with our teams across the globe, so good communication and attention to detail is essential
• Ability to work independently and part of a team, prioritise well and manage time to meet required deadlines
