Senior Marketing Associate, Photo Operations 

Position Overview:  

We are seeking a bright, motivated, and experienced Photo Operations Associate, with excellent attention to detail to join our Marketing and E-Commerce Department. As a Photo Operations Associate, you will work to capture the beauty of our diamonds, gemstones, and rings for our website and customers. You will also manage the ongoing shipping, receiving, and tracking of our jewelry samples to both internal and external marketing partners, such an VIPs and influencers. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely within your department, as well as across the organization, to ensure our goals related to product imagery and partnerships are achieved.

This role requires full-time in-office attendance in our Secaucus, NJ facility.  

Key Responsibilities Include:  

• Capture product photography and 360 video of loose diamonds, gemstones, and rings while adhering to brand guideline specifications  
• Upload image and video content to CMS platform  
• Ensure proper organization, file naming, and archiving of product image catalog, maintaining close attention to details
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to arrange product pulls from inventory and shipments for both small photoshoots and large campaign productions 
• Track photography status and ensure timely sample shipments to photographers

• Placing, tracking, quality-assuring, shipping and receiving all influencer and VIP orders for one-off, ongoing or campaign partnerships. 
• Work cross-functionally to improve workflows and drive forward process efficiencies as the team and product volume scales.  

Specific Qualifications Include:  

• 2+ years’ experience with digital photography and video of physical products  

• Ability to effectively balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and maintain a high level of adaptability, organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Approaches challenges with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency, works well with strict deadlines and thrives in adapting environments.
• Keen design eye, with the ability to adhere to luxury brand guidelines  

• Ability to work individually and as a team player to execute projects  
• Ability to work cross-functionally with remote and in-person teams  
• Pro-active and can-do attitude, no task to big or small 
• Experience with inventory management software, order management systems, and/or similar ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)  
• Experience working with large quantities of SKUs simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication  
• Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products  
• BA degree or equivalent, preferred
