Senior Marketing Associate (Social Media)

We are now looking for a Senior Marketing Associate who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. He/she will initiate and execute marketing activations via different channels based on the given objective and focuses of the Brand. Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to tracking campaign performance & sales, project management and communications, supporting influencer gifting, reporting on results, and suggesting improvements or growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support Assistant Marketing Manager in all marketing related work particularly in social and omni-channels.
• Plan and execute CASETiFY Taiwan social platforms that can help achieve the given KPI. Monitor social marketing efficiency including but not limited to the given KPI in refining online marketing plans in a timely manner.
• Generate monthly social plan tailored for TW market including but not limited to social copies, social creative development, and content execution.
• Liaise with internal and external parties such as creative agencies and production houses to ensure alignment on deliverables; manage and supervise external agencies based on project needs.
• Conduct monthly reports and assist in various market research as requested.
• Handle ad-hoc reports and assigned projects.
• Event attendance if required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above with a focus in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience from MNC marketing or retail marketing department. E-commerce or consumer products are preferred.
• Regional APAC exposure is an advantage.
• Passionate in social media management.
• Passionate about technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, patient, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment and be part of a growing team.
• Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills; creative and attention to detail.
• Date-driven, logical, systematic, organized with a strong commitment to excellence.
• Fluent in English & Chinese, excellent in verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
