Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and self-motivated Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. Day to day, you will be working closely with our talented marketing, product, partnerships, and marketing operations teams to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.Â
This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland/ Dublin office.

What You’ll Do
Build Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute marketing programs spanning web content, chat experiences, social media, email marketing, webinars, and more.
Content Creation: Write and edit email, social media, chat, and landing page copy.
Target Audience Engagement: Own messaging to your target audience and ensure effective communication.
Proactive Performance Reporting: Report on campaign performance to stakeholders and the broader team. A/B test to create actionable insights from marketing programs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, partnership, and content teams on campaign development.
Lead Qualification: Regularly communicate with our xDR team to ensure MQL qualification and timely delivery.
Skills We’re Looking For
Passion for Fivetran and Data Movement: Beyond technical skills, we're looking for someone excited about our team and eager to learn and grow in this role.
Marketing Copywriting: Proven experience in marketing copywriting.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Enthusiasm for working collaboratively within marketing teams and beyond.
Data-Driven: A mindset grounded in data-driven decision-making.
Project Management: Strong project management skills to ensure campaign success.
Strong Communication Skils: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey campaign strategies and results.
Teamwork: Experience working with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Partnership, and ABM teams.
Results-Oriented: Experience reporting on results, forecasting, and surfacing actionable insights.
Industry Experience: 3-5 years in the B2B tech space and 3-5 years of marketing experience.
Optional Bonus Skills​
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Marketo, Drift, and GoToWebinar (or similar platforms).
Marketing operations experience.
