Advantest America is looking for a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist with exceptional marketing skills to globally support Advantest's multiple business units' and daughter companies' technical product marketing needs. • The Senior Marketing Communications Specialist is expected to be a strategic thinker with a meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, and able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with high quality work product. • The person in this role will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • To ensure success, the Senior Marketing Communications Specialists should be innovative, organized, and self-motivated with a keen interest in driving strategic technical messages to key internal and external role-players.
Responsibilities include: •
- Develop and implement technically related communication strategies that includes media outreach and social media content creation to support new products and services and other Advantest initiatives.
- Lead the development and generation of technical marketing materials (i.e. podcast, videos, posters, presentations, etc.) to support both internal and external conferences and events. •
- Research and draft content for the company website, infographics, blogs, videos, and newsletters to support Advantest BUs. •
- Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company's policies, principles, and strategies, and to keep up to date with relevant developments. •
- Manage relevant internal communications. •
- Adhere to the company's style guide, ensuring that we produce high-quality and error-free copy. •
- Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company's strategy and in support of various brand initiatives. •
- Assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership. •
- Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team. •
- Build and maintain relationships with key external role-players.
Requirements
Requirements: •
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, or a related field •
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing/communications strategy development. •
- Strategic and creative mindset. •
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. •
- Highly computer literate with capability in MS Office/Teams and related business and communication tools. •
- Meticulous attention to detail. •
- Content writing experience. •
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.
- Proven social media and networking expertise. •
- The person in this role will work remotely, but may be required to periodically be in the office, in person, once COVID guidelines are lifted.
