Senior Marketing Communications Specialist
Job Description
This person shall create external and internal ASO communications plans, create plans and collateral for ASO communications strategy when communicating with system users, and customer focused content for materials including electronic learning modules, email campaigns, news articles, official memos, software solution branding and collateral materials, brochures, online support centers, intranet pages, and pages.
Job Responsibilities Include:β’ Assist portfolio, project, product, and senior level managers with communications related needs such as effective graphics and visual design, including the use of infographics to display information. As directed, theβ’ Liaise with the Systems Development Support Office to develop and publish electronic learning modules (ELMs) for use and supporting court teams to encourage staff to review ELMs. β’ Prepare and design displays of information and data for intranet pages, landing pages, presentations, briefings, and informational materials to highlight key initiatives, activities, and accomplishments. β’ Verify storyboards, capture meeting notes, update knowledge libraries, coordinate printing materials and update metrics dashboards. The Contractor shall create print and online graphic design support for collateral materials including software solution branding, brochures, email marketing, online support centers, intranet pages, and landing pages.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including:β’ Minimum two years' experience working directly with the judiciary. β’ Minimum of five years' experience in communication development, writing, and maintenance. β’ Demonstrated mastery of MS Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and video development to include script writing/editing. β’ Up to date on the most recent judiciary communications efforts.
Preferred Skills:β’ Prior experience supporting a federal government agency preferred.β’ A background in writing is preferred.

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $101,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
