BRON Studios houses the scripted and non-scripted film and television units. BRON Digital, has built a virtual production pipeline, with artists located across the globe, utilizing Epic Games 'Unreal Engine' technology, creating animated and interactive gaming content and immersive digital worlds.

The Goal Ahead

Reporting directly to the President of BRON, the Senior Marketing Coordinator extraordinaire will be interfacing externally with a variety of collaborators such as publicists, PR representatives, marketing partners and will be also liaising internally amongst departments. This person will hold a key role in the execution of BRON's marketing strategy.

This position is hybrid, work from home and from our Los Angeles office, and candidates must be able to legally work in USA.

Salary range: USD $75,000-85,000

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contract for BRON's external Marketing agencies, and liaise with BRON executives to ensure the coordination of all Marketing & Publicity initiatives
  • Liaise with the dedicated Digital Agency in charge of BRON Social Media platforms, to ensure publications align with the Marketing strategy delivered by BRON Chairman and CEO and President
  • Report release plans back to BRON senior leadership so they can in turn advise finance partners
  • Support BRON President and other executives in liaising between multiple distribution partners to maintain campaign consistency across multiple territories to ensure efforts are beneficial and no plans are jeopardized
  • Work closely with EVP, Production to oversee movement of all marketing and publicity related assets from production to post and subsequently to our various international sales and domestic & other distribution partners
  • Liaise with external PR agency and BRON President to coordinate internal and external approvals on all corporate and film related press releases and other corporate communications
  • Wrangle talent approvals on production stills, EPK footage, artwork, or other
  • Approve materials from publicist submission at the end of every show (production notes, publicity reports, or other)
  • Coordinate logistics for all major film and TV premieres, including assisting with overall schedule, screening and afterparty ticket allocations, and executive handling on the red carpet
  • Track project details (distribution, marketing and PR materials) and key dates (screenings, junkets, festivals)
  • Compile and update media contact database (agents, managers, publicists, talent reps and press, etc.)
  • Manage press clippings (scanning of trades, newspapers and entertainment weeklies for daily press clip packet)
  • Support the corporate and talent travel for publicity appearances and events - create schedules/itineraries and complete expense reports
  • Maintain and update online accounts (Wikipedia, IMDb, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Assist project leads in developing creative briefs and marketing assets
  • Collect materials and maintain calendar for social media posts
  • Help President of BRON Media with any special projects not listed on an as needed basis
  • Maintain corporate calendars and buzz report weekly
  • Circulate and coordinate Marketing vendors invoices to Accounts Payable
  • Maintain BRON productions and Ventures award and nomination trackers as well as festival tracker
  • Create agendas and lead marketing meetings, and minutes with tasks and actions
  • Manage the BRON internal newsletter
  • Materials:
    • Create one-pagers for sales purposes
    • Collect bios for production notes via IMDbPro
    • Generate misc. copy for decks when needed
    • Coordinate with vendors for materials

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of publicity or marketing experience in a motion picture studio, agency or firm
  • Experience at an agency supporting a high-pressure, deadline driven desk
  • You are comfortable with new technologies and fluent in digital platforms and social media tools and trends
  • You are able to work independently
  • You have excellent writing and communication skills
  • You a highly motivated self-starter and team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • You can prioritize work and multitask over a wide range of responsibilities in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • You have a professional interest in publicity, media relations and marketing as well as basic knowledge of the entertainment industry
  • You have basic knowledge of publicity, talent and related business contacts (agents, managers, publicists, talent reps, press and media outlets, etc.)
  • Strong computer skills (Windows/Mac); Photoshop and InDesign skills are a plus
  • Awards campaign experience a plus
