Senior Marketing Coordinator, EMEA

FloQast is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator, EMEA, who will be a key contributor to the Marketing team based out of the London office. This role will support marketing programs aimed at driving lead generation within the EMEA region and will report directly to the EMEA Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes direction well, and can see projects through to completion with a goal-oriented focus. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing tech company and work cross-functionally with various teams.

This role is hybrid working out of our central London office 2-3 days per week.

What You'll Do:

• Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives.
• Webinar Coordination: Set up and record webinars, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality output.
• Website and SEO Projects: Support website updates and SEO initiatives to enhance online presence and lead generation.
• Internal Communication: Facilitate communication with the EMEA commercial team and global marketing team, ensuring information is shared effectively and efficiently.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of B2B marketing experience within a tech/fintech company
• BA/BSc degree, is a plus 
• A hands-on attitude and self-starter mentality with an eagerness to learn
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skill and ability to coordinate multiple projects and competing demands
• Excellent time management skills with ability to effectively prioritise and manage workload
• Collaborative mindset, ability to work productively in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
• High attention to detail, thoroughness, and focus on accuracy
• Commercial awareness and having worked closely with sales teams
• Experience with martech tools such as Hubspot, Asana and Salesforce
• A second European language is preferred
