About the team:
As part of our Marketing team, you will work closely with our B2C and B2B marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies, build robust measurement plans, and build and deliver insights, intelligence and capabilities to stakeholders and cross-functional business units.
About the role:
As Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will lead in the configuration, measurement, analysis and reporting of all marketing activities. You will own and lead the iterative improvement of marketing reporting, measurement, data integrations and visualizations that will enable the evolution of programs, campaigns and digital strategy. You'll use established techniques for the analysis of data to craft key quantitative and qualitative insights, preparing reporting that translate complex results into presented findings that are clear and understandable.

We are looking for someone with strong data aggregation, visualization and analysis capabilities and a solid marketing background to implement best practices and improve holistic measurement of our B2C/B2B marketplace.
In the short term you will:
- Work with stakeholders to define, develop and implement an improved reporting model, improve integration and configuration of marketing technologies, and develop fluence with our data warehouse and analytics capabilities.
- Fully own and lead strategic partnership with cross functional partners providing analytics insights and intelligence through delivery of rotational reporting, dashboard creation and iteration, presentation and data analysis
- Lead and manage analytics and technology projects intended to deliver deeper insights and analysis through technology configuration, enhanced methods for data collection, and modern data analysis techniques (ML, DOE, Statistical Experimentation)
In the long term you will:
- Significantly improve data visibility, reporting and drive data-driven performance improvements across our business.
What you bring to the team:
Required:
- Demonstrated success, knowledge and expertise in previous marketing analytics roles
- Certification(s) in analytical platforms and systems: Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, SQL, Tableau, Python/R, Marketo, Salesforce, Mobile Analytics Platforms (i.e. Heap), Hadoop/Redshift/S3 or comparable DWÂ
- Ability to analyze data, provide deep, significant insights and observations, and present results to business leaders, peers and non-data practitioners
- Passionate about merging digital analytics & channel-based insights with CRM data to drive revenue
- Deep knowledge of marketing analytics configuration including data-layer event measurement, multi-session tracking, and data pass-through Â
Preferred:
- Experience with digital measurement, analytics, in a marketing analytics or BI environment
- Experience building and delivering insights, predictive analytics, performance reporting, and data visualization
- Analytical experience within a marketing or growth business unit, preferably in a marketplace or B2B/SaaS environment
- Analytical experience in a modern B2C or B2B tech stack including Marketing Acceleration Platform (MAP), Customer Data Platform (CDP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform, Demand Side Platform (DSP)
Denver pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
$95,000—$125,000 USD
